Ben is the owner of Francis Apollo Apartments, having purchased the building in September 2024 and relocated full-time to Beloit. He has worked tirelessly nights and weekends while continuing his day job in software, fully gutting the building down to the studs to redesign and rebuild it better than ever. The property holds a special place in Ben’s heart, as he spent a lot of time there as a child with his grandfather, Francis, who owned the building for many decades and for whom it is named. INTERIOR DESIGNER

Grace is the owner of Grace and Form Design and has assisted with the interior design of the building. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER & LEAD BUILDER

Beau is the owner of Roberts Property Solutions and guided the reconstruction of the building. His work included engineering and restructuring the attic floor, framing all residential units, installing fencing, replacing windows, coordinating across trades throughout the renovation and more. With a lifetime in the construction industry, including over 30 years as co-owner of Riverside Cabinet Gallery, Norm has been an integral part of the renovation. He personally designed and installed the custom Wood-Mode kitchens and bathrooms and has provided guidance and advice on countless aspects of the project, drawing on decades of hands-on experience in the field.
